New D is hot.  Being from Chicago and getting to see them on the regular, I think that a lot of people here sleep on them.  I'm definitely feeling how the rest of the world is diggin that Chicago sound.

I was at this recording and it was a night to remember! I forgot to mention that Joshua's troop is up and coming too! Ya'll betta not sleep on them. They just recorded their 3rd Live project las month....the band is pretty much the same as New D's.

mmhmmm. That was a nice groove. And yes. That did sound like Calvin rodgers. Locked in the song in a nice pocket, nice timing and those snare to cymbal rolls. My favorite. I hope that the whole cd has that kind of energy. I got that one cd with calvin rodgers on it Rain. The only coo song on there was new direction, #1. The rest of the cd was weeeaaakkkkk!!! (no offense, i do have an opinion)

The guy on the set was Scooter. That guy is bad. His pocket is nice. Scooter and this other guy Justin are said to be the next Calvin Rodgers and Rex Hardy Chicago. Oh yeah someone asked who the guy on the bass was. His name is Rodney Jones. He also plays with Chicago Mass as well as Joshua's Troop.
