I am not sure who it is by.  The words to the song are  I'll say yes Lord Yes to your will and to your way, I say yes lord Yes I will trust you and obey, etc........

Miss Mass had a song on there 1993 CD titled yes that sounds like what you're looking for.  Sorry I don't have any lyrics or chords to share.  Beautiful song though.
