Need help naming this tune?

I heard this song in a praise and worship service. Has anyone heard a song with the words: "The lord is high above the heavens, and his glory above all nations". Does anyone know the name of this song or who made it?

I believe the title is "High Praise"  I forget who it's orginally sang by, I think someone name Lisa, I'm not sure.  I know it's on the Gospel Melody chord exchange board.  I'm trying to learn that one myself.
