fillers- are what you play inbetween the last chord you played and the next chord youre going to!

when you play a filler or transition chord, you want it to allow you to flow to that next chord you're going to....

C/CEG
E/EGBb -  MY TRANSITION CHORD.... ( FILLER )
F/FAC

NOW LISTEN TO HOW IT FLOWS RIGHT INTO THE NEXT CHORD.....

there are several type of filler chords.....some lead and as you advance, you can use a resolved chord as a filler.....but it takes learning!  for now as a beginner, you want to focus on the basic ones that allow you to flow, almost as if it belongs in the song......now! a good filler to begin with is the diminished chord........

C/CEbGb....

IN THEORY - IT IS WHEN THE FIRST AND THIRD SCALE DEGREES...

THIS CAN BE PLAYED A HALF STEP BEFORE THE CHORD OR HALF STEP AFTER......
gieres.....

god is greatly to be praised!!!!!!!!!
