They're both good. Jermaine's is more for beginners, IMO, since for most people, looking at a video will not suddenly give you the ability to play like the person you're watching. They both show worship chords, but Jamal's voicings are more contemporary. Jermaine's style is churchy, with the normal use of dominants and tri-tones.
If you're a beginner or not good at using tri-tones, get Jermaine's videos. If you know how to use tri-tones and number theory, which most of the other advanced tapes DON'T talk about, get Jamal's. Jamal's video touches the contemporary sound a little bit, but not too much to overwhelm you.
