I dddddddiiiggg Ahmad Jamal. Excellent soloing, space and huge block chords...not to mention hes alll in, over and around the groove.

Somebody recently put me up on this dude, and I have been doing research since. I wish I knew about him years ago. He is so colorful.

Now that version above is from his youth in 1958. But he still played the same tune well as an older man in 2005:
