B3: Are you planning on posting a video of you playing bass?
Your piano videos are so helpful, I know that would be too!!!!

Yea, eventually, I will. I don't know if I've said it already, but I've only been playing bass for a year--with only 3 months actual playing in church! (I'm picking it up fast though.) Bass seems really easy, everything is triangles! The rest is technique and practice, in my opinion. I can play a lot of songs, but lack the techniques that come with practice.
I will post what I know, but there are dudes here that know a lot more than me.

B3 what do you mean when you say everything is triangles? Can you give an example with a song? Thanks, Uniquepraize

I think what he means is that when you do like the 1,4,5 changes, they form a triangle on the fret board. for example g,c,d...if you play in that order makes a triangle..
its the blues changes.
Hope this helps

Ditto.
I just learned Vicky Winan's "Shake yourself loose" yesterday. I think I'll make a video of that.
