Praise the Lord Saints:

Just wanted to give something back.  This is a lesson on doing different things with the chords and not playing bland.  Rhythm and syncopation is the key to as well as chords, runs and licks are what spice up a song.  Key of Ab.  Have Fun!!

Be Blessed in the Lord,

I really liked the background music, its like a funk shout, really neat. I am going to try out the chords in the video, will I sound like you did in the background. Thanks again.

Mark,

Praise God for leading you to send this out.   This is actually a great lesson and I can actually hear each of the progression changes you are talking about.

I think the issue  ( maybe why people are not posting) is because unless you already play some of these progressions,  the notes and licks went by way to fast on the video.

Don't get me wrong, your stuff sounded great!!!

But it would have been nice (for people just starting out)  if you could have eliminated the drum beat, and slowly played each progression and run a couple of times, and then played it in time so people could hear how it sounded.

It would have also been nice to see your actual fingering during the video.

But Praise god anyway because ou actually had one run in there that I was trying to catch, and I simply paused the video to look at your notes ( unfortunately, it also caused me to lose audio).

I know this was your first time  and I think it sounded  excellent. But for learning purposes,  I think it needs to be slower and more  repetitive.

continue to post brother,  I don't know about anybody else, but I did learn something.

Praise God,

You can sound better, trust in God.  Pray before you play, Seek ye the Kingdom of God first. That progression just came to me one day.  I am very glad that you like it.  Keep playing for the Edification of the Kingdom of God.

God Bless You,

Praise the Lord,

I am taking notes:  The notes and licks went too fast.   I need to slow down the progressions and go through a couple of times then do it in real time.   Working on the video with the actual fingering.  I was having a issue with the video showing without it being choppy, I got that part straight then the picture was so dark you couldnt see anything.  So I believe I have to get a new camera although I will try again today.  Oh and the drums, funny the last one I did someone asked me about the drums.  I see  your point though.  I can do both I believe when I show the progressions slow.  Thank you for your advice Jlewis.
Thank you my brother for taking time to look at the video.
