oh yeah i think "yet praise him" and "shabach"  which are the last two songs in the melody are posted on www.earnestandroline.com  I think they are on this site also.  I'll still make a midi if you need it though

All the songs that are in the medley can be found at this site or at least were on this site and now at http://www.earnestandroline.com . The chords to Yet Praise Him, the midis to Glory To Your Name and Shabach, all you need to do is put it all together on your own, which won't be hard to do since you know where you can find all three songs.
