Ok I gotta throw in my 2 cents. For realz though CALVIN is now on or what I call the rotation. There are only 4 gospel drummers in my opinion that are in this rotation and tey are the only gospel catz I listen to: Joel Smith, Jeremy Haynes, Calvin Rodgers, and Calvin Coon Napper. These catz have all the gigs sowed up for realz. Back in the day the same catz included: Joel Smith, Kevin Brunson, Michael Nueble, & Raymond Bady. This is the rotation I am trying to be in. Whenever a CD is played I automatically know when these catz are on the wood - n - skinz cuz they're playing is defined. Constant work cuz they hold the groove, lockin in the band tempo and laying right in the middle of everything. SABIANKNIGHT u are right Curtis Newall will soon be in this rotation. Some other people I see headed that way are Sput (Robert Seawright) & Chris Johnson--outta LA. If you are faithful and just over the few things GOD is going to bless us LEVITES over the greater things or in our case "gigs" and ministerial opportunities.
