What exactly do you need? The whole song is posted there, do you not know how to read the chord symbols? If you know your scale degrees (the numbers of a scale that makes up chords), then you are able to play this song. The chords that are on the post are the chord symbols. What you need to do is first play the chord then find different inversions and voicings that you can use to make the song sound the way you want it sound. If you don't know the chord symbols, there are plenty of free resources on the web that will show you and explain what they are and why they are named that based on the theory. You could start your search here by using the lessons that 4HisGlory has provided , then go to Sam Tolbert's page (I don't know his address). You could also use a good search engine like Google and search from there as well. Once you learn your chords, their inversions, and voicings, you can play this. Try this site's lessons and google's searches and see if that will help you with this song.
