Midi to PC?
« on: October 06, 2005, 09:07:07 PM »
Hi all

does anyone know the specific aparatus i need to connect midi cables to my pc ... I checked Radioshacks website and some others... I cant find nuffin.,... a couple years ago I had one of those simple gaming adapters that let you plug midi cables into 1 jack and then that went into the joystick outlet on the pc tower... I want to get my junkie yamaha keyboard connected to this computer and mess around.

Thanks .. God Bless

A USB-MIDI interface can do the trick and a seqencer program(Cakewalk, Cubase, Reason) or Virtual instrument (Native Instrunemts , SampleTank, etc.)
