I just so happen to post some pretty nice basic chords to that song in the gospel organ forum, but in the key of Eb. If you can't transpose it down to C# hit me up and I'll post them in C# but it is always good to learn songs in different keys, so when someone sings it in a different key you'll know how to play it. I think most gospel musicians will agree that most important key to learn to play in are Eb,C#,Bb,Ab,F, and sometimes even F#.
