Building coordination Exercises

Could someone give me some exercises to build my coordination

play your scales everyday! slowly and rythmitically! and see if you can get a metrodome or some sort of counter or clicking at a set pace, and play it faster as you go, slow to fast! the more you do it, the better you get! i am no pro, but this has helped me richly!!!!!!!!!!!!


get you some small patterns like; c-d-e.....d-e-f.....e-f-g....ect....all the way up the board and back down.....

play ya root chords like in half-step intervals up and down the board!

For coordination, you should get the hannon exercise book, which can be found at any music store that sells sheet music. It is best to practice on the piano to build strength, but I suppose you could work on a organ or keyboard.  Here is a link to a nice video of how to practice them.
