Foot Pedals

I'm a newbie here as well as to the organ.  My father is a pastor and I got a late start on the organ, due to musician turn over.  I decided to step up to the plate and take the challenge.  It's been rough but.....GOD!

I'm trying to comprehend the shouting music.  I know a few baselines and a few chord progressions for the right hand.  However I am completely lost when it comes time to the FOOT PEDALS.  My feet don't move fast enough to keep up with the baseline of my left hand.  I know there has to be a pattern.  On top of that I would like to do more so I think the foot pedals will help.

ur supposed to use the foot pedal for shout and the left hand is supposed to do chords what u should is practice the shout bass lines slowly and keep at til it's not hard at all. all the black pedals r used with the toes and the white keys so speak on the pedal board is for ur heel.

Im still learning how to play with the foot pedal.When i play shouting i just run the baseline with my left hand.

Check this link out, pedaling chart for the chromatic scale.  Practice it everyday, slowly, and slowly work up your speed.  Work for smoothness between notes, and say the notes everytime you hit one.  Soon you won't have to look at your feet.
