Melody chord with run

Was wondering if anyone could help me understand this concept on the organ.
For example I'm in the Key of Ab and I'm on the 4 which is Db.
So BP: Db
Left hand: 3,5,7,9 or F,Ab,C,Eb
Right hand: here is where I'm stuck what run do u play here????

Any help would be great.

You can either play F blues or Ab pentatonic.
