Full Gospel Organ Sound
« on: June 24, 2011, 05:09:11 PM »
Can someone please help me with left hand chording with my right hand on organ. I need some kind of techniques or theory to help me with left hand chording and tritones, becuase the left hand is important for that "full" gospel sound.

You could go to Youtube and do a search for Gospel Organ tutorials. Soundofjoy aka Sam Tolbert offers free tutorials on Youtube for this very thing.

Or try these courses!

Organ is one of the hard instruments because it requires the second element which is your foot. What I would suggest is learning how to coordinate with your left hand first then add the right hand. One thing that would be good is Hanon Exercises.

I would recommend that you take a look at the Musician's Forum for more information
