Yeah dude...Erik, and Mike lost a lot of weight...I see Erik about once a month and he's steady losing. I saw some months back and dudes weight loss looks awesome. Stay focused big homie...you got it!!!

I'm good bruh. You may not have read that my wife and I are expecting our first child (around Thanksgiving); VERY excited about that!

I don't watch any golf and I didn't know that's where you live. Do you go and catch it live?


Enjoy that Blues Festival. The Hampton Jazz Festival is happenin' this weekend, too; a couple from my church are going.

I might catch a festival sometime in the not too distant future.  :)

I watched the Us Open on TV. More exciting to see the shots from the blimp. Plus, I get to see and play Pebble Beach whenever. Pretty cool. As you now can see, I'm divorced now, but still very blessed.
I'm gotta move to San Francisco sometime in September. Just finished a Indie Rock/hip-hop album, and a Gospel Jazz album. Things are forward moving!Enjoy the jazz fest bro...

Lol, I would explain my situation in more detail, but not online. I will say that I deal with very mature female friends, who take care of themselves. They're not focus on trivial matters...

Playa just be careful!!!!! Its easy to get caught up with the same foolishness but different woman, JUST DATE ONE and really get to know her, I mean really!!!!! One at a time man, before you have 7 baby mamaz!!!!

So this is the post that got chicks throwing bottles at me!  LOL!  :D :D :D Yo Im Happy for you and BBD (I aint even know he was going through). You got the right idea. Be straight up with them so that they know whats up. I got some reccomended reading for you too, a book I read that kind of leveled me out and showed me where I was at; Plus it made my game much more potent. ;D >:( ;D >:( ;D You have to read it before you think about choosing some serious prospects. One of the best books I have read.  Check your PM!

How's the M Birch holdin' up?  Have you tried the Meridian Birch line yet? If you have how would you compare it to the M?
