Idk... I mean, I know what P&W is... and you'll probably be able to find a post or two I've made that will contradict what I'm saying here... but... *shrug* the whole "formula" for song selection, P&W music, etc. is something we came up with ourselves as appropriate... although that song ISN'T a P&W song, I don't think there's anything wrong with doing it for P&W.
But yeah, smh @ having to educate a P&W leader on what P&W is. 
Well if we come to focus on praising and worshipping God, to me it's a travesty to interject still more of lifting ourselves on his designated time... lol. We are a self-centered, self-worshipping generation as it is, now God's praise and worship, has got to be about us getting something for ourselves as well.
I'm with it for opening, because you're bringing people's minds in and raising their expectation and encouraging them to prepare them for worship service. We have a couple of songs that fall into that category, where we're actually singing to the audience. I think that's okay for opening just because some people may need to be ministered to when they hit the door to even put them in the right mindset for worship.
