Teej if you're talking about papers and written assignments, I can proof them for you (assuming they're <5 pages). No biggie.

Most of them are media kits. I'm not sure how much written work they'll entail at this point.

Speaking of which, one of the campaigns is with Proctor and Gamble...and they're giving us money  :o. This is going to be a fun semester, and my portfolio/resume is already rejoicing.

Pretty sure it's 'inception', but ok.  We'll have to agree to misagree.

John 13: 23
Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.

John 19: 26
When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son

John 20: 2
Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the LORD out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

John 21: 7
Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

John 21: 20
Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?

The disciple "whom Jesus loved" is John.  This term is only found in the Gospel according to John.  It's so cool to picture John writing his account of Christ's life and referring to himself as THE disciple Jesus loves.

Do we all have that confidence?  Do we know as confidently as John does?

I am the man Jesus loves.   :)

Yeah, I have to do one either this semester or next. One of my professors (haven't had his class yet) receives a lot of information about different openings, so I'm going to see what he has. One of my professors today, however, indicated that it might be best to wait until next semester, as the classes I'm taking this semester will teach me skills that these internships value (InDesign, my own website, portfolio, experience w/ real campaigns such as the Proctor and Gamble one, etc.)

Excellent!! You'll probably have a job lined up after the internship. :)

I declare, I have been getting testimonies ALLLLLLLL day today!!! Just thought I'd share this one from a FB friend. It's so encouraging to see God doing HUGE things like that! And she's such an awesome young lady. In her 20s, newly saved, and getting married in a few months. If you can't get past the lack of paragraphs or whatever, I understand. It's okay.

Praise Report!!!! - Hey yall....yea I know I've been MIA for a minute, but I had to pop in to share this AWESOME news! So, my Nana will be 92 in October. My cousin and her husband and my mom (my nana's only living child) take care of all her financial obligations. Nana has been living in an Assisted Living Facility for the past 18 months or so (she wants to go back home, but her health she has to have someone with her 24/7....so its better if she is at a facility). Well, I was talking to my mom and was telling her how I would want to go stay over at the house for school purposes for my son. This house was built in 1957. The house my mom grew up in, I grew up in and my grandparents were the original owners. Original cost of the house $28K. So....anywho, my mom was saying well I should have a utility bill transferred in my name so if I wanted to move schools it would be easy to do yada yada. Then she was saying how other people have interest in the house (my cousins) but while Nana is still living she can do what she wants with it. Now, background, my cousin has been trying to convince her to sell the house. I think its DUMB. Where are you going to find a fully paid off, 4 sided brick home in the city limits of Atlanta, with a Finished basement that is almost 4000 square feet? Not to mention, it has 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms, the original hardwood floors (that is covered by carpet right now) and 2 kitchens (1 up and 1 downstairs). The downstairs is like its own Condo. SO.....i just talked to my mom and SHE SAID that NANA told her if I really WANT it, she will DEED it over to me! OMG I am so elated right now I can SCREAM!!!! I would run my floor....but security might come get me! I have ALWAYS wanted an older home and now not only will I be a home owner of my house in the burbs, I will have a family home that has enough space for me and my crew (more than enough), FI can have his man cave in the basement that still has my grandaddy's big screen, AND get this......the house has my Great Grandmothers Antique Dining Room Furniture and Player Baby Grand Piano! God is Great and greatly to be praised! Malachi 3:10. I promise everytime I keep on giving and pressing through there is always something in His bosom.

CS: About to eat dinner.

CS: Reflecting on the reality that it's been one month since mom passed away. While the initial sting is slowly leaving it's still kind of like "whoa, did this really happen." While me and dad miss her we also thank God that she's at ease not suffering. To God be the glory even in this!
