you need to get with a musician who can play exactly what you feel the music should do then write a lead sheet so that other musicians can read it (bass, guitar, vocalists, etc) and try to relate it to a song they already know to get the style right. Start practicing the song with other musicians and singers (preferably experienced) and once it's down the way you want it, slap it on a CD. My church has recording equipment along with live sound but you can find a small studio to record and if it's already perfect it shouldn't take too much studio time. Then just "push" it (advertise i.e. play it in church, concert events, special services, etc)...i know it sounds easy on paper but it's gonna take a lot of time and effort but you'll find that it's sooo rewarding once you get it done.
