4got to mention on top that I normally play these chords on the 2nd-4th register of a 76 keys board.

Also, These progressions sound best when they are played slowly, arpegiated, with the skilful application of the sustain pedal (which is what I'm still learning).

I'll give proper feedback when I get these progressions to blend together smoothly.

I think this chord is Eb7 (#11,b13) .

Do I have to explain why I think so?

j-i-c, here is my reasoning:

The root note seems to be an Eb/ D# , therefore this chord is some D# chord.

let's re-arrange the chord into flats if you don't mind:

Eb-A-B-Db/ Eb-G-Bb-Eb
1-#11_{(can't be a b5 because we already have a 5 in Bb)}-b13-b7/ 1-3-5-1

I stand to be corrected, but I believe it's just that.
