These are the chords I use...pretty simplified too but they still sound pretty

Edim7            Fm7          Bb7                        Eb
I've had some good days, I've had some hills to climb

Edim7            Fm7                 Bb7                     Bbm7          Eb7
I've had some weary days and some sleepless nights....but when I

Abmaj7      Adim7                 Eb/Bb    Edim7
Look around, and think things over

Edim7     Fm7       C7(b9)           Fm7        Ab/Bb
All of my good days, outweigh my bad days

Bb7           Eb
I won't complain        (chords are same for verse 2 with different words)

Bbm7   A7      Abmaj7
God's been so good to me

Adim7           Eb/Bb   C7  Edim7
He's been so good to me

Edim7                            Fm7     Bb7
More than this world could ever be,

Bb7             Eb             Bbm7  Eb7
He's been so good to me

Eb7                   Abmaj7
He dried all of my tears away

Adim7                   Eb/Bb   C7
turned my midnight into day

Edim7        Fm7               Ab/Bb
And I'll say thank you Lord

Bb7           Ebmaj7
I won't complain

you can add more verses or repeat some stuff but that's the general idea of the song...I hope it helps
