REMO: Coated Ambassador or Coated Control Sound

Evans: Coated G1, Power Center (standard/reverse dot, doesn't matter) or ST (not the dry model.  Don't sleep on this one - I have it on my Virgil Donati, and it's very crisp, sensitive and articulate).

Are you guys using microphones, or is it straight up old school live?

Congrats on the set, dude!

Very nice Drumwen... Congrats!

Sidenote: Is anyone else bothered by the mic stand being THAT close to the crash?

Thanks man! The stand isn't that close! It's just the angle!

I'm "not sure" but I think when they got the set Jeff Davis was still there and he had his own stuff! So I dont think they bothered to get one! Not Really Sure tho!

isnt that the same set that Gerald Heyward sold to the church? I remember that for a fact cause my man Keith was going to put me on playing there a long time ago (circa 2000) That same K dry ride  is still there...so that set isnt new.......oh by the way.....arent you
Cedric Marsh's lil brother?

He never claimed the set was "new" but that it was "new" for him.
