Having issues with RH Db shout chords

I just wanted to ask you could you help me. I am having some major issues with my RH shout chords in Db. I have nice baselines but I can't seem to put nice RH chords with them. Could you please, please help me? Thanks in advance for your help. Here's what I have:

1. Baseline:
Bb, B, C, Db, Eb, E, F, Gb

2. Baseline:
F, Gb, G, Ab, Bb, B, C, Db

3. Baseline:
Db, B, Ab, G, Gb, Bb, B, C

Some of the RH chords that I already use are: I am starting to sound like a broken record :(
B-E-Ab
Bb-Eb-Gb
Ab-Db-E
Gb-B-Eb
E-Ab-Bb-Db

Oh! I read your message and forgot all about it! I'll post what I use, but most of it is just basic stuff. I think all shouts are basic stuff, really. You just have to piece together a few of breaks.

It also depends on the audience. You can't do some ultra-contemporary shout and you have a bunch of older people.

I'm headed out to church, so I'll post some things when I get back.

I gave you what I figured out right here. For the most part I play these same chords in Eb. This is what I got from the numbers.

I mainly use those chords as well.  Here are some little things u can add to it:

Fast run w/RH:  Fb, Eb, Db, Bb (repeat)

I also use the chromatic walk
Gb/E-Bb-Db
F/Eb-A-Db
E/D-Ab-Db
Eb/Db-G-Db
D/C-Gb-Db
Db/B-F-Db

I need to learn how to do my riffs and runs in Db like I do in Eb. I forgot that my runs and riffs aren't in the major scale so that's probably why I was having such as hard time. I am still interested in learning what other musicians play in their RH in Db....so please, if you can post what you do in this key.

here is a few things I do, you might already know this, but here it goes:

Key of Db
LH/RH

Db,Ab,B,C,Db,Ab,B,C,Db,Ab,B,C,Db,Eb,E,F/FAbBbDb (bounce or play around with this chord)
Gb,Eb,E,F,Gb,F,Gb,G/EAbBbDb     (bounce or play around with this chord)
Ab,G,Ab,A,/FAbBbDb       (bounce or play around with this chord)
Bb,Ab,Gb,F/DGbAbD
Eb,F,Gb,G/DbGC
Ab,Bb,B,C/CEAbB
Db/DbFAbDb
F,Gb,G,Ab  (both hands)
Ab/CEAbB
then you can go back to the top or go to something else

You might want to check out me and T-block ultimate Shouting post. He did all the chording and I did the midi part.

They were all done in Eb but it should be easy to transpose them to Db

Its all good. thats what this site is for, right? but the chords and bass line posted, you can hear them on Karen Clark cd (its not over) I think track 8. but they do it in Bb, so you still can get a feel of it though ;) :D ;D

Thanks guys I'm still trying to find that Cd that you're talking about RayJ. Do you know where I can find it? Thanks fmason for the video. That guy reminds me of myself when it comes to making faces while playing....LOL
