If you're listening strictly for drumming purposes, I'd suggest Tye Tribbett, James Hall or Myron Butler & Levi.

If there's another reason, then I'd have to ask, 'are you a praiser or a worshipper'?

Seriously, tempo is one of the keys. Praise is thanking God for what He's done, while worship is telling God how much you love Him just for who He is.

Generally speaking, praise songs are usually up tempo, while worship songs are slower.

I like to differentiate for listening purposes too...the way i see it...whether you sing fast or slow, they're all acts of worship. but i accept SJ's definition to an extent. To answer the original poster...

For Praise (right now)
Israel - Deeper level (a few tracks on there)
Tye Tribbet - Victory (we don't know what the new ones gonna sound like)

For Worship (My specialty)
Stephen A. Hurd - Destiny
William Murphy's new project - The Sound (Whoo!...that album seriously takes me in every time)
Why do bad people happen to good things?

Try listening to Kurt Carr "In the Sanctuary" Song. You may had listen to it already, but listen to the drums! it is nice

For worship songs, you can listen to "I do worship" by John p Kee. That is one of my favorite songs and i think that is a good song to even learn.
