If people want to start teaching and following Leviticus why stop there? There's a whole bunch of laws in there people can follow and become the Christian "elite". Make sure you'all cross all the T's and dot all the I's too. Maybe you can make a new rule book Jon, being an educator and all.
Look, people have to do what they feel is right for themselves to do. By their own actions they stand or fall. I would never start quoting Leviticus to a Gentile believer. It's either all by grace or not at all.
Here's a piece of "hell doctrine" for you... if all tears will be dried in heaven, and people you know now... relatives, friends, co-workers... are all being tortured in hell forever... do you still think there would be no more tears? Unless of course, you want to see them being tortured. I do not beleive that God tortures people. The second death is just that... a second death... a spiritual death. I would not be happy in heaven knowing I had some relatives and friends being tortured. I would ask God to be merciful to me and kill me, because I really DO NOT want to spend eternity with somebody who gets off on torturing people. No sir, my God doesn't do that.
Gross indiscretion... this sounds like that crazy Carlton Pierson mess!
God is soverign. He has layed down SPECIFIC laws concerning the relation of God/Man and Man/Man which till this day are STILL in existance. Although Christ came to fulfill the law and become the eternal propitiation for ALL sinners... Gentiles as well as Jews, there is STILL a judgement placed on those who reject the atoning blood of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 20:12"And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works"Revelation 20:15"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
Next, there are THREE deaths. Natural (Genesis 3:19), Spiritual (Ephesians 2:1) and Eternal (John 8:24). Eternal death is the direct result of a individual NOT accepting God's plan of Salvation and living an holy and sanctified life unto Christ. Every man is born spiritually death as a result of "sin seperation", but the acknowledgement and repentance of sin, with the acceptance and of Christ as Saviour, plus the application of requirements for salvation, then regenerates the believer.

Romans 6:13"Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God."
Lastly, this misconsception that Heaven is about "family" is indeed false. Heaven is about those who withstood the challenges to be and stay holy before the Lord. It is the divine reward for all who exemplified those things which Christ asked and required of us. The ultimate purpose in Heaven is to celebrate he who redeemed us from certain death... JESUS. Think about it... you wouldn't invite people to YOUR birthday party and the celebration isn't about YOU, but those fellowshipping around you. THATS CRAZY!! Heaven is something thats divine and spiritual, not earthly, social and temporal. If thats the case, we can just stay right down here with unbelievers and celebrate Christ. I'll leave these last scriptures

Romans 14:17"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."Mark 12:24-25 "And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God? For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven."Luke 20:34-35"And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:"
How 'bout that for some "hell doctrine". Thats the word-plain and simple. You mean YOUR Holy Spirit hasn't revealed that to you yet??
