All i can say is be encouraged I have served as a minister of music when i was your age and it was very tough until one of the fellow musicians who took me under her wing bluntly told me. "If it wasnt to be...God wouldnt have place you here...remember that you were predestined, called, glorified and justified to do this very work." Remember that your primary role as minister of music is to prepare God's  people for worship. They should understand that if you were not qualified for the position you wouldn't have been placed there. This last thing im gonna leave you with and I hope it helps. One thing you have to remember when your choir members enter the choir loft you have to maintain control, you have to take reign. HOwever let everything you do let it be for the kingdom of God.

I know its not easy for you to go through this believe me I've been there. Just know that God wouldnt bring you to it...if he couldnt bring you through it! Keep your head up!

I am very amazed at the fact that you are 15 yrs old and minister of music, I wished I had this oppurtunity especially seeing other music ministries struggle.  DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS SAY.   People are going to run their mouths whether you make a move or not.  I know that you will do good in this endeavor and be encouraged.

Well, I'm 15 also, all I gotta say is don't concentrate on the people, concentrate on God. And I think the scripture reads something along the lines of if not exactly..."Cast all your cares upon him, for He cares for you."

May the Good God continue to bless you!!!

Don't get tired of people saying things about your music, this is something they can't do.Did you know  that they could be complimenting you on a good job that you do? If you are going to church and they are in church their adatute should'nt be nasty. They should be praising GOD with you not against you. You are in church praising  GOD with a talent that HE blessed you with, be proud hold your head up  high and play for God. Out of all the letters that you got noone told you to pray, if they  did and if you did you would'nt have nothing but love for them, which they should have for you.Pray before you play, pray while you play. Because out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. If they say something nagative say praise God from whom all blessing  come. Which would be your music. Be strong and of good courage.  BREATH OF LIFE
