Also, let me add, those scriptures you gave in Romans is speaking of "unfair" judgment. To understand where those particular verses are coming from one would have to not only read the entire chapter, but also look at why it was written. Romans 14 deals with the attitudes of a Strong (Mature) Believer and a Weak (new, Babe) believer. The teaching of judging in this chapter admoishes believers not to be critical of our brothers and not to look down upon or brothers because we alll serve the same God and what we all do (strong & weak) is God ordered and for God's glory.

As you said, we need to understand the context in which it was written. Add that to the what Nakia said...

The only reason whey they would say that is because they know that they are doing something wrong and they are mad cause you called them on it...

add what I always say... which is when you are deceived you don't know it.... I was letting someone misapply the written word although in my spirit I knew what the Lord was trying to say to me.

add the enemy, taking written word, twisting it with the way it's being used, and misapplying it...

and you end up with children justifying themselves and using the bible to do it...

That is a sure sign that the enemy is in the camp right now... but he's been exposed... now we pray, get led by the Spirit, and walk in the fruit that we have... and as TheVeteran always says, we have to stand firm in what we beleive.

Either way, the deception part is over... Praise the Lord!

What sis T stated both times is on point. There are certain levels of judgement that God can only carry out. When human kind judge we are really being crtical. A judge is someone who can ensure that punihment can be carried out. In some smaller cases when can make a decision based on information we have. We can fire a person from a position or not restore our brother when we have the power to do so. Some people are not worth serving with when they are unreasonable simply because it will allow us to become bitter and not better. (Thank God for the letter E) We all have our tendecies to find scriptures that justify our point of views. There are cases when people are masquerading as something that they are not. The easiest way to decipher that is by the fruit of their/our works. The spirit of Jezebel is a doctrine that some preachers or christians use to defend their/our bad decisions or position. Actually I believe the scripture highlighted that Jezebel was a person who wasn't spiritually equipped to be in a teaching position but she was allowed to anyway. This why the admonishment was justified.  I believe in Hammer's situation he must find alternative ways to let his light shine to these brothers. There are certain instances where God will allow us to have to turn the other cheek so to speak.( for a season.0 Meaning that if they ask you to turn your volume down do so. Grab some headphones and do your thing. Encourage them to stay for the word. It is up to the MOM or pastor to holla at them about that. If leadership hasn't down that then as God dealt with Eli for not dealling with his sons then God will do what is neccessary in your situation. For the record I am not disagreeing with Sis T because she is on point. I am only stating the far extreme of what I believe judgement is and how we aren't any real moral position to judge. We are only critical in most cases. We become hypocrites (actors) when we don't acknowledge our own shortcomings and imperfections.(maturities) Many times we struggle with things that are similar to the things that we can be so critical about.
