Depends on what you want your vid to sound and look like. If you wanna upload a super high quality vid get a cam corder (digital, regualar, or mini dvd) with a high end mic.
If you don't care about how crisp the sound or video is but you don't want crap, get a decent digital camera that can record video or a plain camcorder will do too.
Have the person recording to be about 10 to 20 feet away and use zoom so that the drums wont create massive overdriven input in the audio, that way you can hear drums and not noise.
You can play with the distance and zoom (if applicable the input level of the mic) and see whats best for you.
