Maybe I'm wrong, but is it legal to actually upload an entire track from another artist? This is not a file sharing site, unless the uploaded file is something you created and want to share or a link/clip of something that has legitimately been released to the public.   I could be wrong, but I would check.  I like the song also, maybe I wasn't clear in my previous post.

clips run rampant on this site daily we upload all types of clips on here including youtube video clips, clips even recorded on someones personal recorder which im sure the artist didnt know about. and if im correct unless you paid to be on this site no one can download anything thats been uploaded. this song was released on a compilation cd to the general public.

I understand what you are saying, however, clips on youtube are just that clips that have been released to the general public, not in entirety.  I said maybe I'm wrong, because if the artist released this song as a free music download, you are correct, you can post it.  But if you have to pay for the CD or the Compilation CD the track is located on and you upload the song, whether only premium members can download or not, the artist and producer will lose money, becuase premium members would be able to obtain the song for free without the consent of the artist if this is the case. 

so we can post bootleg clips without consent and i heard half the songs of tye tribbetts victory this way before he released the cd but i cant post something im not charging or claiming any ownership. obviously you have internet access look up copyright infringement and you'll see what i posted is fine. now please dont post unless you have the chords for this song or you cam pm me

Posting clips and songs/video files will always be a hot bed topic...

However, I believe a simple disclaimer will suffice... "If you are this artist or artist's record label and would like it to be removed... please e-mail.. blah blah and it will be removed"

but rarely you will have an artist or label complaining... over clips or a single... simply because it serves as promotion...

Heck half of us don't have the means to hear new music because of our limit resources & knowledge (Old Skool radio, dead gospel market and etc, dial up connection)
