Well, then you need to visit the theory room and learn.  This is not a valid excuse, the information is on here.  I'll do part of it for you, but you will have to do the rest for yourself, if you want to play this song bad enough.  The chords will be in root position, but you use your ear to figure out the correct inversions.  You have the melody notes written out for you, those notes will usually be the top note of your chord.  Use this to your advantage when figuring out the song:

Storm is Over Now, The
Kirk Franklin

C13 = C / C-E-G-Bb-D-F-A
Dm\F = F / D-F-A
Am7 = A / A-C-E-G
Dm\B = B / D-F-A
E7(#5, #9) = E / E-G#-B#-D-F##
Fmaj9 = F / F-A-C-Eb-D
Am7 = A / A-C-E-G
Dsus = D / D-G-A
D2 = D / E-F#-A
G7sus = G / G-C-D-F

Intsrumtmental:
Am9 = A / A-C-E-G-B
*Bbmaj\C = C / Bb-D-F-A  *I bet the chord symbol should say Bbmaj7/C
