IT SEEMS LIKE I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT REPEATS THAT SONG!  dude... I got that CD because of Look Up!! LOOK UP MAKES THE CD!! lol! just my lil 5 cents! what do yall think?

Someone posted the chords to that song here around the time the album dropped. I can't remember who it was, nor which thread it was because it wasn't labeled, but it's around here somewhere.

I have been working on "Hallelujah".  I pretty much have it except the ending.  It's crazy!  But I think this is a really good Praise song esprecially for the youth.   I will try to post the chords soon.  If someone could help me out with the ending, it would be greatly appreciated.

Lol.  All I have is the chorus.  I didn't really try that hard on this one either...even though it's one of my favorites.

Yay!

BTW: What's the timing for "Chasing After You"?  I mean if you were looking at sheet music what would it be in the key signature?

The timing is mostly 4/4, except that little part when they say "I'll forever be chasing after u".  I think it switches to a quick 3/4, I'm not 100% sure about it.

I think I figured it out kodacolor.  As soon as they say "Ill forever be chasing after u", the song switches to 5/4.  Then, it goes back to 4/4.  So, u got this sorta thing:

[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]  I'll forever be chasing after You,
[1, 2, 3, 4]
[1]
[2, 3, 4]  I'll be chasing after You,
[1, 2, 3, 4]
(repeat)

It's o.k., if u listen to something long enough u will naturally learn the timing.  Knowing the theory can help u better explain it.

So far I know 4/4, 3/4, and 6/8 when I hear it, but that's thanks to the fact that they're under the "styles" on my Yamaha.  When I had piano lessons I kept messing up 2/4 and playing it as 4/4  (yeah, I know I'm weird. lol).  As soon as I get time I'll start studying theory more in depth.  What I really want to do is to get Music Theory as an elective semester after next.

That's the best thing u can do as an up-and-coming musician.  When I was majoring in accounting, I took all the theory classes as electives.  That's what helped me to switch my major to music.
