So, I'm hating?

I'm so tired of people with this childish nonsense. Any form of criticism is taken negatively nowadays. Also, I'm sorry, but everytime someone is "hating", it doesn't mean you're doing something right. Was that some line created to make the individual being critiqued not even have to consider if the critique was valid or not? Just deflect anything that isn't a huge pat on the back, huh?

Forget the fact that I said the dude could definitely play. I guess I really just don't like Eric Moore. That's it. That must be it.

Well here .. why don't I just do it like this ----------- Yeah, Eric Moore is wack. He should just give it up, 'cause drums aren't for him. Their are much better players out there. I don't even know why he tries. I hope he loses all of his endorsesments and gigs & have to work at Popeyes!

Okay, is that better? That's some good ol' fashioned hating for you right there! Nothing I like doing more than cuttin' down other musicians, to build myself up. Yep, that's me.

Well, that's all I have to say about that. I hope none of your musical aspirations pan out, guys!

Eric Moore, I don't want to call you dumb - but I thought it was blatantly obvious that my post was drippin' with sarcasm.

Unfortunately that has been said well over a thousand times on this site, and yet it just never sticks.

Div-I feel you man!God knows how much i feel you.I was the first one who dared criticising the track in a constructive manner i think, and everybody got offended.
I feel like i'm on the Pearl's forum here.Mostly teenagers wanting to show pics of their kits and praising the same two or three drummers without having any sense of constructive criticism. :(

We don't like sthg so we hate.Very mature shortcut. If you red the post carefully, you'll notice that never did we say that Eric is a bad drummer.Ever.

But i'm not gonna give a lecture to all of those narrow-minded people.I have better things to do with my time.

NOOOO what you said doesn't really apply in my opinion because you critiqued it as if it was a REAL track, not like it was a shed or just playing around on something- sooo what you critiqued wasn't even done- it is like me critiquing an apple pie like "yeah when i bit into it, i just couldn't taste the blueberry flavor" what i critiqued is not what i took in..........
 am i making sense

div critiqued his playing style
much different

Eric knows what he's doing. He's was just messin' around with the Mario track. Nothing more nothing less. Now, If that was an audition track he submitted, then it probably wouldn't work. And he knows that. He already got an ear full from the man who helped him get the Bauer endorsement about the track, so he knows, and don't ask me how I know that. But anyway, keep up the good work Eric, The Bay is in the builting...

Alright call me oh so holy or whatever, but this is what happens when you bring secular into a christian site..............the devil just tries to disrupt everything (not saying eric is the devil). I didn't expect us to be talking about Mario on LearnGospelMusic. I think Eric Moore is a great drummer, but Im not really a big fan #1 because that style of playing is something I see everyday, It's good but It dosent float my boat. #2 Im not into the secular thing, I like to stay away from anything secular. From my point of view his clips show alot of fast crazy fills and everyone knows he can do that, now it's time for us to see some true musicianship. No offense Eric but this site isn't a place for crazy showing off, but to educate our Gospel drummers and Musicians so they can be successfull in the body of christ. Anyways much love, hope I didn't discourage you man!! :) :) :)

Hahaha again I disagree (its not our Sunday Man lol) I believe there's room for everything drum fro A to Z! Ill admit being 33 I'm a bit older then most on here and I have been playing for 23 years. I have stuff together that allot of you guys don't, BUT! Some of the licks you guys are coming up with I have to sit and learn! I just know how and where to use them!!!!!

I disagreed with you in another topic, the one about learning from top christian drummers.
