Ode to 1,000....

It’s been an adventurous trek
From the very first one
It’s my time to reflect
Now that 1,000 is done

I owe a lot of people
For these 1,000 posts
Starting with 4HG
Our most gracious host

And lest I forget
His lovely first lady
And their beautiful family
Including the coming baby

And of course the 10,000 thread
And B3Wannabe
If it wasn’t for that 
I’d only have about three

To the diva of divas
A true mentor for me
The beautiful Roline
AKA SisterT

AKA MadeaT, MamaT
and ChefT
I think your gift of gab
Was imparted to me


Doubles and Lyric
Allonesound and CS
The Bishops and Lumbebear
Much love to you from “Ness”

And of course to my friend Peach
I’m so glad your back
To Lady Wiz and sjon
Who keep my grammar on track

Nakia, Lilman, and Loopy
For those heated debates
That keep me comin’ back
Just to participate

Sixtring and Bboy
With the quizzes and such
Making me study the word
You can never know too much

One short announcement
For Bboy right quick
I’m suing for breach of contract
If you don’t post that pic!

This post will take forever

For playing a part

Congradulations Nessalynn77 on you milestone.  You have made it, you have crossed over to that glorious side of club 1000.

really nice poem.  thanks for mentioning me.  we should have a poetry corner or something were everyone can see it.    :)

Ness, that was DA BOMB!! Really, that almost brought tears to my eyes!! you are a truly talented sista to come up with something like that! I'm honored to be mentioned in that poem, and congrats on your 1000th post. You are indeed an inspiration and a true woman of God. though we may have not seen eye to eye one or two times, we have more in common than you think! ;) Again congrats, and luv ya, sis!! :)
