do you guys use progressions

I want to know if you guys use any set chord progressions or do you just know what to do. For example I've just learned the 3,6,2,5,1 progression which I noticed that they use in the Nelly and Kelly song. Would you experienced guys use this kinda progression, if not what progressions do you use?

it's all the same......music is music......just different styles!!!!! in gospel, that is known more for a turn around....or an ending.........but it is used in all music styles no matter what!!!!!!!  nbr system teaches us how to play around the board utilizing notes of scales.......and thats playing, no matter what style you're useing!!!!! gieres.........
