For a beginner, C,  G, and F would be good keys to start on.  Then, especially if you're into traditional gospel music,  Ab, Db, and Eb.  The rest as you continue to learn.  Eventually, all keys should be learned.

Check out T-Blocks "The ultimate music theory collection" listing. He has placed his tutorials in a comprehensive list.  There are other postings by other very talented musicians as well.
