Last night the choir went over "I Really Love the Lord" (the original version) in A-flat. I played what I knew so the musicians could at least catch the chorus. That was fine! But the little break they do in the verse threw all of us for a loop, and the singers don't sound right when it's really the music's fault. Can anyone (preferably old skool musicians) tell or show me what they're doing right there? Thanks!
