Chris Dave's sense of rhythm is sickening.  His profile and stick heights are so low, but he still plays with lots of dynamics and so much intensity.

He's amazing to me.

I concur. I'm amazed at his "on the fly" decisions. He pulls out stuff that I would never think to place in certain situations.

If any of you went to a show and saw anybody other than Chris play what he played at the 8:05 min mark and on.....what would be your thoughts?

Chris Dave and Robert Glasper are brilliant as usual. I really gotta give props to my man on bass though. Anybody that can hold a groove together like that through a Chris Dave solo without dropping the 1 is the truth in my book. :)
