Do you have an application in which you can view your pictures once you've uploaded them to your computer?  There should be a resize function.  For example, if you have Photoshop, you would use the "image size" function.

Cool.  While I'm asking, what kind of camera did you use?  It seems to be grainy.  Also, I noticed that you're using Vater's Slicknuts.  How do you like them?  I have two inside of my stickbag that is still in the packaging.  I have yet to use them.  It was an impulse buy...  I know, I know.../color]
