Roland XP-10. Anybody Opinions?

Does it sound as good as an XP-80?

the polyphony is only like 32 i believe it sounds good tho but u cant expand it and it dont have as many sounds as the xp30,50,60,80 but its ok for maybe 200.00 or less

You known what you can do man? Give me the money for the board, i'll buy it and post youtube clips for you to see how good it is.

It's basically a smaller version of the XP-80 without the sequencer, less polyphony(28 as compared to 64), and the expansion boards.

Plenty of great sounds.  Pretty much the same ones that come in the XP-80 as well.  I almost got one myself, but I wound up buying a Planet Phatt module instead.

It would be a good buy if you ask me.

I got it. I was hoping for more sounds, but this should be good enough to travel with. A lot smaller than my casio.

I think it has at least one expansion slot so if you can find some of the old JV80 cards, you can add some nice sounds.  They have a piano card that's pretty nice and also keyboards of the 60s,70s,80s.  Also, I heard the vintage synth card is nice too.

It's a great keyboard. If you're just looking for sounds and a budget, this keyboard is for you. It's also very user friendly. I regret giving mine away to a family member. But overall a good keyboard. Small, lightweight and small enough to gig with.

Thats how I feel about the Juno-G.  Thankfully, it does have an expansion slot.

Thats the only reason I'm keeping it. I'm not too crazy about it, sounds a little outdated.

Dont you have an xp-80?
