That was awesome! I really felt moved by it! But ya know, we're in a different day man! I was watchin Tremaine last night, and she sounded like she hasn't missed a beat!

Saying that to say, I remember when this site had a real demonstration of appreciation for this type of video, as well as chording and control in handling of this paticular type of song! From the site administrator down! I remember when beginners would flock over this stuff, but oh what a change!

I wonder where it started? When did this site turn into a arena of video marksmanship? Now all 90% of viewers do is view and move on;  "thank you" isnt really and issue anymore. Seems like some have assigned themselves to make sure they say thanks for all of us; and I say thanks for that! But, where is the real love?

Who is really taking a page from this greatness and why arent they making it known publicly? Fom the head down; I say it starts at the head! You and Hammondman are just some of the fine musicians on this site, who help to take it to another level; so where is the real love for it? And, I aint talking about the fabricated support! Those "thanks" because someone needs to say it! I am talking about these spectators, takers, and hang arounders! Show some real love for the crew on this site!

You know we can all tell when somthing is coming from the heart; good work, Sam, good work! And, if i was a beginner, iI would be knocking down ya door wondering, "how I can get some of that?" You have helped me immensely in more ways than ya know. But, I ain't afraid to make it known publicly! I would love to see a video made from what I would call the "the pillars of this site"; I believe it can be done! With all this talent, and all these computers, I am sure with the help of Hammondman and Sam, it could be done; clips of Lisa, LongFingers, Hammondman, Keynote, even B3wannabe, Keywiz, etc. I am sure ya can get a 3.5 hr dvd that would represent this site and the true builders of it!

And this site would have its own true dvd and not some other site's stuff! This site alone contains enough information, that noone needs go anywhere else! I am sure musicians like DD can be on that dvd with all his works; you can even make a section for the site administrator, who came up with this idea and put it to action!

What do you the real site givers think? Now, if all you do is take, I aint talking to you! I'm looking for the "real love"
gieres.....

god is greatly to be praised!!!!!!!!!

Praise the Lord,

Thank you for this video, absolutely great.  Thank you for your wiling to share your gift.  You opened up other possibiliities for me with this video.  My version was kinda plain so I got some ideas from this and hearing you add fill ins and riffs inspires me to work on it some more.
Thank you,

This is not meant to down grade your playing (YOU'RE AWESOME), but to question something that I noticed.  While you were playing it sounded like someone was playing pinball (constant flipper sound) in the back ground.  I didn't notice it on a number of your other videos, I also notice that you have a different keyboard.  Are the keys weighted or unweighted , because I sometime notice the same/similar sound from my keyboard?  I'm not sure if my keyboard is weighted or not its a Yamaha DGX-300-------------------------

I'm also interested in you online class you have, your website says they start in Feb. is there any other info that I could look into about joining or prepping myself?--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also what type of video program do you use? I purchased a cheap webcam/camera from walmart but the program that came with it only saves the video as AVI which is a huge file format.  I want to be able to record my practice/playing so that I can learn from it and others can see what I'm doing wrong and respond (I'M READY TO LEARN).

You are correct in that my keyboard (9 years old) and weighted is showing signs of old age. The felt pads under the keys are worn.
I'm working on the next course now and it will be feauturing playing with the spirit and understanding.
Many musicians have the spirit in their playing but perhaps not a full understanding for example:
Why do people cry when they hear certain songs?
What causes people to rejoice when playing shouting runs?
Why do certain songs raise the level of worship and others lower it?
Can today's musician play evil spirits out of people?
Which songs can convict an unchurched member with just the music? (no lyrics) a look into R&B music for church use.
How to play yourself happy...you gonna like this one.

Yeah, I'm going to get deep this year......lol
