who was the guy playing for tye on bobby jones this past sunday.  i didnt get a cahnce to see the whole thing cause i had to get ready to go to worship service.  it wasnt spanky or pudge.  pudge was was playin percussion and i know spanky didnt gain that much weight.

man that boy was nice i got it on tivo but o my goodness who was ol boy playin heaven for mary mary that was one of my favorite bobby jones i been watching it i didnt like that song by mary mary cuz it was a drum machine on the radio. why do i love that song now?? see live music can really do something to someone ill try to find out

That was Teddy Campbell. The crazy thing was that they didn't give him no kind of footage when he was playing with them. Then I started thinking to myself that "maybe they did that because he was also performing with the Soul Seekers". It kinda made sense.....but still I would have liked to see Teddy get down. ZK

lol @ the weight gain...

the drummer was Dooder (don't know his real name). he was tye's original drummer and played the entire "Ideas & Concepts" album. i think he was just filling in...spank is still on board w/ soundcheck.

I'm glad to hear that Spanky is still on board...My man was killin on drums for G.A on Bobby Jones but Spanky has a creative  way of approaching songs...I know that band is going to be crushin' on the live recording in Philly on Dec 3rd!

i have some audio to post of Tye'nem live in Houston, they did a few songs, and of course shouted a lil bit. i wish i had video footage but i promise this audio is sufficent....SPANKY is ridiculous 8O be on the look out i'll be posting it within the next day or so

They're doing a live recording for the next album that's dropping sometime this year...The recording is on dec 3rd in Philly, the location of the concert hasn't been disclosed yet but they said it's going down for sure.  The second song they did on Bobby Jones 'I got the victory' will be one of the songs that they do on this recording. I like how they thru that D.C style Go-Go beat in.
