Please help me, how do i separate my left hand from my right. And also how do i personally train my ear.

The easiest way to separate your hands is to sit on one hand while you practice with the other one. To train your ear, I recommend using some ear training websites that will help you to recognize scales and chords. Here are a few that come to mind:
