Now I'm really trying to learn this song on my own, but its hard to even start out when I can hardly hear the bass. I've always had trouble hearing the piano and bass when trying to learn a song from a CD. I have a whole lot to learn and when learning by ear that way, I have just about everything to learn about it.

Anyways, can someone give me the chords to this song, or atleast steer me in the right direction by giving me the bass for each part of the song. It's driving me crazy.

If possible, can anyone help me out.

B, Bb, Ab, Gb, Eb, Ab(or Gb), Bb, Ab and they also substitute that first Bb for an Eb too.

Chords for this section are: (piano or organ...I pretty much do it the same)

those are the chords for the chorus.  Listen to the song and you'll get the rhythm (it's easy)

The 2nd time that you go into the verse section (that I posted earlier) you start it off the same, but then it starts to change.  This is how I hear it...(you can leave the second bass note (for each chord) out until you are used to the single note (so just play the first note listed for bass until you are comfortable)

D-Ab/C-E-Ab-C
C#-F#-Bb/B-Eb-F#-Bb
F#-C#/Bb-Eb-E-Ab
B-F#/Bb-C#-Eb-F#
F/F#-C-F

Then when they get to the VAMP...."not about us...not about us, not about us...not about us, but it's about Jesus...but it's about Jesus

You just play Eb octaves (with a Bb in the middle, if you want) and they throw that little lick in there (F, F#, Bb)

It's probably something wrong on your end, because I hear everything fine with that midi.
