The best thing to do at minimum is to learn preaching chords in the keys that your father uses. If a preacher is changing keys, most times they'll go up a half step - maybe a hole. So you should learn F,F#,G and G#.
If he starts in E, he's probably going to F or F#. Maybe you could get a recording of one of his sermons.

I know I need to learn more keys for shouting but where I'm at, we don't hoop the traditional way so I really don't have to chase anyone down on the keyboard.

Your first step is to take what u already know in your familiar keys and transfer them to your non-familiar keys.  Preaching chords are easier to play in every key because there is a pause in the middle of each chord.

It's not like playing a song where u don't have to think about your next chords.  It shouldn't be too tough, u just have to buckle down and learn what u know in every key.

Yeah, just take what you already know in Eb and move it up a half a step to E.

Actually there is a nifty little button on your keyboard called the "Transpose" button. it solves all your problems and supposedly cures heart-ache and diahorrea.
