lead on keys

ok guys i havent wrote on here in a while...well im back with a question...
i play lead on the keys with an organist....yawl i need help on congregationals!! what do i do while the organist is playing in the background...
IM NOT A BEGINNER!! thats the problem i know What chords to play but I dont know HOW; like "leading"...any body know what i mean?? get at me please you can even email me at dree_02@hotmail.com with comments, midi, videos, whatever u can do to help....thanks in advance

Play backround piano. Add alot of reverb to a piano and just play in the higher registers. Play soft and simple. How about some strings?
