go to the other praise and worship websites like
www.worshipinstitute.com
or
www.leadworship.com
(Paul Baloche) or
www.worshiptogether.com
and you'll find a ton of resources.
At the Seminars4Worship workshop I went to last year I picked up several books.
From Performance to Praise by Joe Pace
Worship His Majesty by Jack Hayford
God Songs by Paul Baloche
I have more but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head...

Myles Munore has a good one The Purpose and Power of Praise and Worship (I believe that's the title.) Our P&W team had a book study using this book it was very informational.
