Death In The Life Of The Psalmist & Minstrel
« on: April 29, 2007, 11:09:15 PM »
It is written:

Matthew 6:9-13  After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

The first thing that I want to say is that there is NO FAILURE AND LIMITATION IN GOD.

It is written:

Luke 18:27  And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Philippians 4:13  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I also want to open up with prayer (Luke 18:1-3, I Thessalonians 5:17) because that is where The Heavenly Father has led me when I preach, teach and impart His Holy Word (Isaiah 61:1-3, II Timothy 2:15)

I’ve been having this Word for quite some time.  Yet like The Heavenly Father (John 10:30) told Ezekiel to digest the roll first (Ezekiel chapters 2 & 3).  I’m speaking from my own faith (Romans 5) and what I’ve learned so far about the Psalmist (II Samuel 23:1-2) and Minstrel (II Kings 3:15).  PLEASE go there in the parenthesis and study those scriptures out (II Timothy 3:16-17).

I pray that I’m not walking in pride (Romans 12:3, Galatians 6:3) when I share this but I speak over myself that I am a Prophetic Psalmist and I am a Prophetic Minstrel.  Now when I’ve received Prophecy, I’ve been called Minstrel.

It is written:

2 Samuel 23:1-2  Now these be the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said, The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word was in my tongue.

2 Kings 3:15  But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.

I will speak faith (Romans 5) and say that The Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) began drawing me into His Truth (John 8:32, 36, 14:6) of where in His body (Ephesians 1) He’s called me, I was reading as much as I could read about this.  Honestly, for me, the Psalmist (II Samuel 23:1-2) and Minstrel (II Kings 3:15) were very far from me.  I’d even given up on music to preach the Word of God (II Timothy 4:2).  What I didn’t understand is that death had to come to me for what I was operating in.  I was operating in being a Music Minister.  The reason I say death had to come to me is because a LOT that I was holding on to needed to go.  You may say that you do not understand this “death” and what it has to do with you.

It is written:

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Now we can’t get to God the Father EXCEPT through the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11). Lately, I’ve been asking The Heavenly Father to bring the Apostolic Spirit of Christ, anointing, mantle into the Prophetic Psalmist and Prophetic Minstrel in me and my life so that Christ is glorified there as well. I want to be discipled there by Christ and be in God’s Holy and perfect will for my life.  I have been spoken over and told that the Apostle of Jesus Christ and Prophetic Psalmist and Prophetic Minstrel WILL flow together in my life.  It takes adjustment and I’m still growing and learning with this (Psalms 8:4).  Please keep in me in prayer (Luke 18:1-3, I Thessalonians 5:17) about this and I will pray (Luke 18:1-3, I Thessalonians 5:17) with and for you as well.

It is written:

2 Corinthians 4:8-12  We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;  Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

The Heavenly Father revealed to me that I Corinthians 4 and II Corinthians 4 is the Apostle’s statement.  I was at work one morning reading I Corinthians 4 and The Lord Of Glory (I Corinthians 2:8, James 2:1) revealed this to me.  The Heavenly Father latter revealed to me II Corinthians 4.  The Lord Of Glory (I Corinthians 2:8, James 2:1) revealed to me not too long ago to NOT neglect the calling of Apostle Of Jesus Christ.  I was doing a lot of Prophetic Psalmist and Prophetic Minstrel work (I Corinthians 15:58).

It is written:

Matthew 5:14  Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Mark 16:15-20  And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

John 8:12  Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 9:5  As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

It is also written:

Matthew 10:24  The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

Luke 6:40  The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

Luke 22:42  Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

Now I read this scripture (Proverbs 30:5, II Timothy 3:16-17) when I was in undergraduate school and thought it meant the Choral Director that I was under but The Heavenly Father brought me back to this scripture some time ago and now I have a better understanding of His Word on these matters and others.  See we GROW in the understanding and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) DAILY.  We also DIE daily as well.

It is written:

2 Corinthians 4:16  For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

It is also written:

Matthew 16:24  Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Mark 8:34  And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Mark 15:33-41  And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calleth Elias. And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down. And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God. There were also women looking on afar off: among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; (Who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women which came up with him unto Jerusalem.

Luke 9:23  And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

Now we MUST suffer if we’re going to truly follow Christ.

It is written:

2 Timothy 2:11-13  It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.

1 Peter 4:16-19  Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

With all the scripture we’ve read above, we see very clearly that we are to take up our Cross, die daily and suffer and endure just like Christ did when He was on the earth.  We are NO better than Him.  He’s our Master and as His servants, we are NO better than He.

It is written:

Isaiah 53:4-9  Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.   All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.  He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.   And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

So we ARE to suffer just like the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) if we’re going to reign with Him and be with Him and The Eternal Godhead (Matthew 28:19-20, I John 5) in Glory!

We’ve also learned that we CAN’T get to God except through the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11).

Right here I speak slowly (Ecclesiastes 5:2, James 1:19) when I say there’s an unlimited kind of Psalmists and Minstrels.  I say this because there is NO FAILURE or limitation in God.  We’ve just learned this so far.  When I finally accepted the call as a Prophetic Psalmist, I began to meet other Psalmists online.  I learned from different teachings and sermons about the different kinds of Psalmists there were.  Now as I’ve shared, I haven’t yet heard The Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) call me “Prophetic” Psalmist through anyone or directly from Him (Acts 17:24-28) yet but I believe by faith (Romans 1:17, Hebrews 11) that I am unless He tells me that I’m not.  I’ve GOT to believe by faith on the Lord Jesus Christ (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) who I am in Him (Acts 17:24-28) and accept what He has for me.  The Eternal Godhead (Matthew 28:19-20, I John 5) were telling me to BELIEVE on Them (Matthew 28:19-20, I John 5) the other day, so I will believe.  It’s the same way with the Minstrel.  When I received that Prophecy, the Lord spake through that person (Proverbs 16:1) and called me Minstrel (II Kings 3:15).  For those of you reading this sermon, revelation and understanding, there are MORE teachings about the Psalmist and if you want to have them just contact me and I’ll get them to you by email, printed text (see me about this privately) or on audio CD.  The revelation that I’m receiving from The Heavenly Father goes into other revelation (Isaiah 28:10, 13).  When I scribe the other revelation, I will go into the different kinds of Psalmists that I have learned that exist and share more about the function of these.  There are four Congregations that PPMWMI has that deal with The Heavenly Father’s Music.  You can reach Proclamation Psalmist Minstrel Warfare Ministries at:

I do not “yet” have the vision statement or theme for ALL these Congregations but you CAN go there and read what I’ve scribed so far.  I’ve been praying for vision (Proverbs 29:18) from God about these.  They are still under construction and being built daily (Psalms 127:1).

As I have shared earlier, there are MORE revelations, teachings, sermons and understanding about Praise & Worship, the Psalmist and the Minstrel.  There are even Words of the Lord (Isaiah 28:10-11, 13) about music and The Heavenly Father has to say about this.  I will be gathering them all and as the Lord (Psalms 23, John 10:30, Acts 4:12, 17:24-28, Galatians 2:20-21, Phillipians 2:9-11) leads, I will be sending them out to Christ’s body (Ephesians 1).  There are other areas that I’m praying (Luke 18:1-3, I Thessalonians 5:17) for and about and as The Heavenly Father releases them to me, I will be revealing them to you.
