Need Lyrics to Always Remember..

A visiting church came through Sunday and sang this song for the benediction and organist was playing some nasty chords for it.. of course I recorded him so I'm going to try to get them.. but I have a problem for some reason I can make out all the lyrics to the song..
So far I got:
Always remember Jesus.. Jesus..

Always keep him on your mind. ( Something like that )

Basically I have the first line and the last line.. can anybody help me out with this?
